Coffee

Dinner
2 bowls of Hamburger soup (a main ingredient is Velveeta)10-12 crackers
Buttered & Toasted ham and cheese sandwich

Dessert
Coffee
100 calorie dark chocolate bar

Exercise
20 minute low impact cardio
