1/6/15 Vitamins and Digestaids and Acidophilus, Oh my!

Breakfast
Water
Coffee
Pepper, Bacon, Cheese, 2 egg omlet

Lunch
1.5 black bean tostada with cheese and sour cream
Side Salad
Orange Water

Dinner
BBQ nachos with cheese
Side Salad

Evening Drink
Coffee

Exercise
35 minute family walk. We walked all the way up Pecan Ave. to 7th st.  We made a pit stop at Harris Teeter for some stew beef.  We didn’t run around the house, though. Also, I’ve started taking my vitamins and acidophilus and digestaids when needed.  I am glad that these vitamins did not make me sick on my stomach like they have in the past.  Hoping all this will help me feel better, with more energy and less aches and pains.
