Exercise
30 minutes family walk. Katie joined the boys and me for today’s walk.

After just four days I’ve lost 4.5 lbs!  I’ve been grumpy some and I seem a bit more tired. But I’m excited to see some results after making some changes. Gives me great home and encouragement for the future. Today we went to Health Nutz to get some vitamins, digestive enzymes and acidophilus.  We forgot to buy the Fish Oil; maybe next week.
