1/3/15 Looks like I’m starting on Monday.

Breakfast
Cup of Water
Cup of Coffee
2 fried eggs
2 slices of bacon

Lunch
Side Salad
4 slices of Little Ceaser’s Pepperoni Pizza (Left-overs from Movie Night)   Water to drink

Dinner
Wendy’s Double Cheeseburger
Medium McDonald’s Fries
Water to drink

Evening Coffee

Exercise: NONE

Today was a busy day.  While we went grocery shopping, we didn’t have any meals ready to eat.  Katie was at the church till almost 6 pm so we decided to just grab some fast food for supper. And while I know it isn’t a great meal, it is a reduction of what I’d normally get.  I’d usually get a large fry and large sweet McDonald’s tea.  So…least that’s something.  Preparation is going to be the key to this new healthy lifestyle.
