Breakfast
1 cup of cold cater
1 cup of coffee with agave and Half & Half
2 Pancakes with butter & syrup
1 slice of bacon

Lunch
Steak Salad
Glass of Water

Supper
Small Salad
7 pigs in a blanket with cheese

Evening Treat
1 cup of coffee with agave and Half & Half

Exercise
30 minute walk through Plaza Midwood with the boys.  They enjoyed seeing frost on the ground and I taught them a little about the cardiovascular system.  I hadn’t broken a sweat until Connor suggested we end our walk by running around the house.  The run reminded me just how out of shape I am.

I know what you’re thinking, “Why are you eating pancakes and pigs in a blanket if you are trying to lose weight?”  Short answer: preparation and money.  As my wife and I strive to get healthier, we are also beginning a new financial chapter of our lives. We are trying to create better spending habits. Therefore, we are going to have to eat the food we have before we go buy more healthier food.  Also, she isn’t beginning her diet until Monday.  So you may see some less than healthy meal choices for the next few posts.
