Yesterday on the way home yesterday, my wife wanted to celebrate some good news we got from her medical test results. The way we currently celebrate is to eat something sweet. We pulled through Dunkin Doughnuts / Baskin Robbins. My wife got some ice cream and I decided to get a small chocolate milkshake. It was not good. It tasted like one I might make at home with a blender and cheap ice cream. So many calories for so little enjoyment. What’s that? Did I drink the whole thing when I didn’t even like it? Of course…starving children in Antarctica and all. But here’s a question for all of YOU: How do you celebrate and keep the sweets to a minimum?
