12-12-10: Crunch Time

Breakfast: Strawberry Yogurt with Granola. Cappuccino.

Lunch: Cheeseburger Soup with added Spaghetti Squash. Two slices of toast.

Dinner: Two celery sticks with sunflower seed butter, a few raisins and chocolate chips. That didn’t hold off my hunger. I ended up snacking on some reduced salt potato chips and then some Kettle Corn.  Lesson learned: Eat a real meal.

Exercise: Walked 30 minutes, 1.75 miles.  I burnt 227.7 calories.  Then I did 30 crunches.  I haven’t done a crunch in over a decade.  I must learn to focus my abs. I think I strain my neck when I do it.  I know 30 really isn’t that big of a number, but I just wanted to see what I could do.  I’m not even got to talk about the push ups I tried to do.
