Breakfast: Three wonderful chocolate chip pancakes with real butter and syrup. (The tradition lives on.) Water to drink.
Lunch: Salad with three slices of honey ham. Lemon Aid.
Snack: Yogurt with blue berry granola.
Supper: Spaghetti squash with meat sauce and an Italian cheese blend. Spaghetti squash may resemble noodles, but it in no way recreates the sensation. You essentially have a new dish. On the plus side, the squash did not have that strong of a flavor, so it didn’t take away from the sauce. I’ve saved some of it to try in some stir fry. Lemon Aid.
