Breakfast: Grits & Butter, Cappuccino
Snack: 1/2 Banana
Lunch: Salad of Spring Garden Mix with baby spinach leaves, and a dab of O’Charley’s honey mustard dressing. Also some pork tenderloin and Lima beans. (Leftovers; yum!)
Dessert: Chocolate Quaker Rice Snacks
Dinner: Pizza from Tony’s in Mooresville, NC. Probably too much pizza.
