Breakfast: One pan fried egg. Water
Lunch: Salad of Spring Garden Mix with baby spinach leaves, carrots, cheese, turkey, peanuts, pomegranate seeds, broccoli and a dab of O’Charley’s honey mustard dressing. Also some crackers. I drank two bottles of Truvia drink mix.
Dinner: Pork loin, sweet potato with brown sugar and mini marshmallows, and Lima beans. Water to drink
As I write this at 9:00 pm I am fighting off craving for something sweet or crunchy. I’d love some potato chips…but they are fried! Chocolate would be wonderful…but we’re all out! I’ve been on a regimen for two days and I’m already starting to want to cheat.
