Breakfast: Fit & Active Breakfast Bar, 1 banana, Cappuccino with 1/2 cup 2% milk.
Lunch: Salad of Spring Garden Mix with baby spinach leaves, carrots, cheese, turkey, peanuts, pomegranate seeds, and a dab of O’Charley’s honey mustard dressing. Also some crackers.
I drank two bottles of Truvia drink mix.
Dinner: Bacon wrapped fillet mignon, broccoli casserole, creamed potatoes, roasted Brussel sprouts, corn, and green beans. I drank a glass of water.
